BOOK

The book will be delivered to your home within 1-2 working days after payment. Shipping costs are included in the price wenn you live in The Netherlands.

Basically you can't return a book, because I can't see if you've read it or not, but if for some reason you're dissatisfied with the purchase of the book, please send an email to info@tinekekleij.nl and we'll just fix it.

ART

I sell my art both online and in my studio. So you can come and see the art in my studio with your own eyes or you can buy the painting online. Because you know exactly what you are buying in my studio, cancellation or returns are no longer possible. It is possible, however, if – for example – we have agreed on something with regarding to (rental) purchase.

If you buy a painting by the webshop, you have two options: pick it up yourself and therefore also be able to view the painting before you take it with you home or you choose to sent the painting to your home. If you choose for sending it home, you do have the right of return (within 30 days – in the original packaging – shipping costs will be for your own account).

The prices of the paintings are only within the Dutch including shipping costs. Additional shipping costs may be added for foreign countries.
